This notice explains how the contact form, direct contact links, local browser storage and Google Tag Manager are used on webizonedigital.com.
Contacting us
For website enquiries or requests relating to your personal information, contact Webizone Digital at [email protected] for assistance.
What information does the contact form collect?
Your full name, email address, selected service and project description are required. Your current website address is optional. We do not request identity numbers, payment details or sensitive personal information. Please do not include sensitive information unrelated to your enquiry in the project description.
The information is collected electronically when you submit the form. We use it to review your enquiry, discuss the project scope and respond to you. Submitting the form does not automatically subscribe you to advertising or marketing messages.
How is the information sent?
Your enquiry is sent to [email protected] using the authenticated email service configured on the server. The form application does not store enquiry content in a separate customer database; the information may remain in email correspondence.
The website is hosted by Natro. Hosting and email infrastructure may process technical logs to deliver and secure their services. The scope and retention of those logs depend on the terms of the services used.
Security and technical logs
To limit repeated submissions, the form uses a rate-limiting record derived from the IP address and the time of the last submission. This record does not contain the message, name or email address. Form fields are validated on the server, and the email account password is never sent to the visitor’s browser.
The hosting server may retain access logs, including IP addresses, request times and requested URLs, according to its configuration. The fact that the form application does not retain enquiry records does not mean the hosting or email service keeps no records.
Browser storage and cookies
The website uses a sessionStorage entry named webizone-intro-seen to prevent the opening animation from repeating in the same tab. This entry records whether the animation has been shown; it does not contain information entered in the contact form.
You can manage or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Restricting cookies does not, by itself, block all network requests or measurement methods that work without cookies.
How we use Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager to manage code snippets known as tags. It can be configured to load services such as analytics or advertising measurement tools. Its presence alone does not indicate that any particular analytics or advertising service is active.
When Google Tag Manager loads, your browser sends a network request to Google’s servers. Standard HTTP request logs may be processed as part of this connection. Data processing by other services loaded through Google Tag Manager depends on the active tags and how those services are configured.
If enabled, analytics or advertising tags may use cookies or similar technologies and send page-view or interaction data to the relevant service provider, depending on their configuration. For information about the services used or to make a request concerning your personal data, please contact [email protected].
Phone and WhatsApp links
The call link opens your device’s phone application, and the WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp. No WhatsApp message is sent automatically before you click these links. Information you share through an external service is also subject to that service’s terms and privacy policy.
Retention and your requests
Retention needs for project enquiries and correspondence are assessed with regard to the outcome of the enquiry, any ongoing business relationship and applicable obligations. The form software does not automatically delete messages from the email inbox.
You can send requests for information about the processing of your personal data, or for correction or deletion, to [email protected]. Depending on the request, we may need additional information to verify your identity and identify the relevant record. Your statutory rights and applicable procedures remain unaffected.
