HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
How do we manage Google Ads campaigns?
- 01
Planning
We define your audience, your offer and what counts as a meaningful conversion.
- 02
Setup
We prepare campaigns and tracking, then check everything before launch.
- 03
Refinement
As data accumulates, we review budget allocation, search queries and ads.
Let’s agree the details before launch.
Campaign scope
We assess campaign types, such as Search, Display or Shopping, according to your needs and specify those we will manage in the proposal. Responsibility for creative assets, product feeds and landing pages is agreed separately.
Accounts and measurement
We clarify account ownership, access permissions and platform payments at the outset. Together, we decide which actions count as conversions, such as calls, form submissions or sales.
Reporting and action
We agree a reporting schedule that allows us to assess spend, cost per conversion and enquiry quality. The findings inform recommendations for budgets, search queries and landing pages.
YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Frequently asked questions about Google Ads management
Is ad spend included in the service fee?
The budget paid to the advertising platform and our management fee are separate costs. The proposal sets out the scope and payment model.
Do you guarantee a specific number of customers?
No. Demand, competition, your offer, budget and sales process all affect results. We agree objectives together and assess performance using actual conversions and costs.
Can you work with my existing advertising account?
We can review your existing account structure and tracking to develop a plan. Access is granted at the appropriate permission level, and account ownership can remain with you.
How is a Google Ads budget determined?
The products or services being promoted, target locations, competition and campaign objectives all influence the budget. We agree an initial budget together, then review spend and conversion data to recommend adjustments for the next period. There is no single budget that suits every business.
How is the fee for Google Ads management determined?
The campaign scope, account structure, tracking setup and reporting requirements determine the service fee. Ad spend, management fees and any additional content or landing page work are listed separately in the proposal.
